Through our videos we aim to promote your brand in a documentary style that not only gives people an understanding of who you are and what you do, but really digs deep into what it is your company is all about.

Whatever your industry, the story of how your brand started, where you are at now and where you are going as a business is what we want to explore. By interviewing people in every area of your company and exploring in depth the ethos behind your services, we want to let the public know what makes you tick.

  • If given the creative license to input ideas into the project at the pre-production stage, we can also provide extra content ideas that are focused toward your brand. This may be added features that will make your video stand out from a standard interview/services video format
  • All video and audio services that will take your project form start to finish, including editing, colour correction and grading, audio cleaning, mixing and mastering (for further information on these services see our Video and Audio specific pages)

To provide you with a free quote, we require the following information at least 1-4 weeks before the event:

Live music events –

  • Site reconnaissance – Can we assess the venue in advance of the event? Failing this, can you put us in contact with someone at the venue who may be able to give us the information we need? This will aid us in planning how we will shoot the event
  • Access – Can we film on stage? Can we film backstage? Can we film the band/artist before and after the gig?
  • Audio – Will the gig be recorded by the in-house sound engineer or do we need to record it?
  • Filming specifics – How many members are in the band? Have you got a stage layout diagram and technical specification that you can send us? This is for us to be able to determine how many cameras we will need for the shoot, as well as give us ample time to plan our shots for the event

For DJ events –

  • Site reconnaissance – Can we assess the venue in advance of the event? Failing this, can you put us in contact with someone at the venue who may be able to give us the information we need?
  • Access – If the DJ booth is on a raised platform or a stage, can we film there? Can we film backstage? In order for us to get the shots we require, venues where there is poor access to the DJ booth will change the way in which we approach the job and the final video
  • Audio – Can the DJ sets be recorded? (We will sync the audio from the DJ sets to the video where possible)

For specialist events and corporate functions-

  • All of the above questions where applicable

For venue promotion-

  • All of the above questions where applicable
  • At what time of day do you want to film? Would filming take place at peak times when customers are filling the venue out? (the perception of busyness)

For restaurant promototion –

  • Access – to film in the kitchen and interview staff, management and any other members of the team?
  • At what time of day do you want to film? Would filming take place at peak times when customers are filling the venue out? (the perception of busyness)

When dealing with high profile companies, brands, bands and solo artists (where we are promoting live music venues), we need to know if we have the correct permissions at every stage of the job. This is of the utmost importance at the filming and editing stages.

We need certain permissions from:

  • The venue, whether indoor or outdoor, ensuring that we can film there for the event
  • Performers or artists, as they must be made aware that we are filming and agree with it in advance of the event
  • The management of the bands, artists or any other kind of performer (this is particularly important when clearing content for release)
  • The resident sound engineer, to use the recording of the gig (if applicable) for the video

For corporate, specialist events and other businesses:

  • All relevant parties that we require clearance from to use footage, whether it be company CEO’s, brand managers, VIP’s, event organisers, members of the public, company employees, staff, etc

Please contact us with the information of the promotional video you are considering for filming and we will provide you with a free quote
