In December 2015 we flew to Olso to film a gig. Little did we know that we were about to embark on our first documentary shoot.
Most stories start from the beginning, but hey, who has the time to read 3000 words of detailed jibber jabber? Let’s jump straight into the juicy part. Having arrived at Oslo at a ridiculous time on the Friday morning, 9am to be precise, snow flakes drizzled down as we waited for the train. Our weekend of shooting was soon to begin. Fast forward 56 hours. 100GB of audio/visual bliss later, our time in Oslo was coming to an end. Lucky enough we were invited to a Christmas party…and the alcohol ran out. Nothing to do with us.
Max’s mission to find more alcohol would become more problematic than once thought. Strict laws in Norway means there aren’t many…or any places to find booze. The events that followed would result in us missing our flight…and just to make sure that it was worth the trouble we had been put through, we made a documentary out of it.
